The new digipeater callsign is WC4PEM-4. When opening your Packet Winlink Session, use the &#8220;Connection Type&#8221; pulldown and change it to Digipeater. Then put in WC4PEM-5 for the station to connect to. In the box to the right of &#8220;Via&#8221; put in the callsign of WC4PEM-4. That&#8217;s all there is too it. Thank you to Richard KQ4KX for making this happen.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>There is a new Winlink Digipeater on 144.93 with the call sign of W4PSR-5.\u00a0 This Digipeater is at the Teneroc site of W4PSR and provide a means for those on the northeast side of Lakeland to make connection with the WC4PEM-5 Bartow Radio Message Server (RMS).<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2 Update<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2>The Lakeland SARNET repeater on 442.275\/+ with a tone of 82.5 is operational, however<strong>, the connection to the SARNET system from the Lakeland\u00a0 (FX1 site)\u00a0 is poor.\u00a0 <\/strong>Since some time in April 2025, the repeater is receiving signals from SARNET, albeit weak and noisy.\u00a0 <strong>Transmissions from the SARNET Lakeland repeater were being heard on SARNET, but reception of SARNET is noisy.\u00a0 This could just be conditions but we have had times when our transmissions were not being heard on SARNET.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2>Thanks to Polk County Emergency Management, an alternative radio and antenna to access the SARNET system from the Polk County EOC has been provided.\u00a0 \u00a0While SARNET in Lakeland is down, our current plan until the link is repaired is to use the Tampa SARNET repeater on 442.850\/+ with a tone of 146.2.<\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/polkares.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/bk_hbar.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2248 \"
